3.19 Major Korean Overseas Customer Conducts Factory Audit in China

Recently, a professional purchasing and technical team from an oversea key customer visited our motor manufacturing base for a rigorous two-day factory audit. As a large-scale industrial enterprise, the customer maintains extremely high requirements for motor production technology, quality stability, delivery capacity and international compliance standards.

During the inspection, the customer visited the iron core processing workshop, winding and impregnation production line, assembly workshop and professional motor testing laboratory. The audit team carefully checked the raw material supply chain, processing control, insulation treatment, dynamic balance testing, temperature rise and high-voltage withstand tests, finished product sampling and other key procedures. All production records, quality inspection documents and certification files were fully reviewed. Our automated production equipment and standardized management system were highly praised.

Both sides conducted in-depth technical communication on three-phase induction motors, explosion-proof motors, variable frequency motors and customized industrial motors. According to local power grid conditions, climate characteristics and industrial working conditions, the two parties confirmed customized improvement solutions to optimize protection grade, insulation grade and high-temperature resistance for harsh overseas application environments.
